Rebuilding the site experience ground up

The task

The product pages on Vikram Solar's website, who are a globally acknowledged leading "solar energy marketing solutions" provider in India, needed to be more consumer centric and therefore, required a total re-do. We needed to rethink design and come up with a smarter way to showcase their product solutions for greater impact. And we needed to do this while establishing them as thought leaders.

Insight

A seamless user experience & interface yields higher engagement on the website.

Strategy

We initiated an audit of the existing website to assess the scope for improvement and identified interventions that could facilitate a positive user experience.

Execution

We encouraged visitors on the website to contact "Vikram Solar" across different levels of navigation. To achieve this, we created a number and chat box that's always fixed on the screen for immediate call-to-action. Thanks to the brand-new omni-channel user experience, we could successfully put clever content, graphs and mnemonics all through the navigation to emphasize all crucial aspects of their product offerings.
