The brief

With a dramatic change in consumer buying behaviour, managing the customer journey online had become a challenge for our client, Vikram Solar. They needed to find a better way to get a prospect's attention in a cluttered environment and to make sure that visitors are supplied with the right information at all crucial touch points for a favorable response all through the consumer journey.

Insight

A virtual assistant 'VIKI' that would help provide website visitors with right answers at the click of a button, anywhere on the website. The virtual assistant helped visitors in their decision making by quickly supplying them with the information they needed at any moment in their journey and thereby, Chatbot UX Design Strategy helped generate favorable lead outcomes for Vikram Solar.

Primarily catering to decision-makers in Government, Commercial and Industrial segments, the chat bot was designed to provide quick access to critical information and to generate leads by way of facilitating an immediate call back to the prospect.
