Drive new registrations through a highly targeted search campaign across Africa, the Middle East and Russia.
Strategy & Execution
We evaluated the overall hospital and healthcare landscape in and around Delhi. What emerged was how important location was and why local search and relevance was incredibly important in defining the core strategy.
The other insights were around what drives consumer choice in terms of choosing a hospital or a healthcare service. How users make a choice about treatments and which doctors to consult. One of the biggest challenges and opportunities was to tap international markets like Africa and the Middle East for new leads.
To do so we developed an awareness & consideration campaign with a strong call to action focus. The core messaging was around best-in-class treatment for critical illnesses at affordable prices. Our campaign delivered significant nos. of enquires and conversions and delivered a high ROI.
