The cost of new customer acquisition can be up to 4 times the cost to selling to an existing customer. Therefore, the need to develop an ongoing relationship with highly engaged customers is a no brainer.

Approach

Develop a loyalty program that offers a mix of rewards, recognition and premium content to deepen the relationship with existing buyers and prospects and keep them engaged. Use a mix of email & SMS marketing to onboard the end user and then nurture them through a series of interventions across the relationship journey to help upsell and cross sell more products.

Execution

We helped Abbott launch MyFreeStyle an online rewards programme in market to enhance the relationship with existing customers and drive repeat purchase.
