Brief

The brief was fairly straightforward – build brand pages for FreeStyle Libre across the top 4 eComm website to drive an eComm centric distribution strategy for Abbott.

Insight

The important thing to consider before we dived into designing the pages was to understand the user journey and current category usage.

For most consumers once you get to an eComm website you’ve already moved past the discovery and consideration phase – the audience is most likely looking to rationalize their buying decision – so the important element is to ensure that content is optimsed to serving content that nudges the consumer from intent to trial.

Execution

A brand is literally a summation of all the most important features of the product that act as a reassurance about making the final call also content from other users who have had a first hand experience get the consumer to ratify their purchase decision.
